Empty entire contents of package of scalloped potatoes into
? 2-quart casserole. Add boiling water and butter. Stir to
blend together. Add celery, soup and seasoning salt. Mix
all together. Place uncovered in a 400? oven for 45 to 50
minutes. 6 servings.
SAUERKRAUT RELISH
1 can (lib. 4 os.) sauerkraut I 1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon French's Instant I Vi teaspoon French's Caraway
Minced Onion I Seed
Drain sauerkraut. With fork loosen packed shreds. Add
onion, sugar and caraway seed. Toss lightly to distribute
seasonings. Cover tightly. Chill 2 or 3 hours. Place grilled
hamburgers or frankfurters ot. buns. Spread with prepared
yellow mustard. Spoon generous helpings of sauerkraut
relish on top. 3 cups relish.
