I Training Opportunities Available The Employment Service Mobile Office announces that there are still openings in two courses under the Manpower Development and Training fci which are scheduled to begin at James Sprunt Institute on Mar. 25, 1968. The courses are designed to train unemployed persons in either welding or secretarial skills. In order to qualify for the courses, a person must be to tally unemployed: have at least one year's work experience and be at least 18 years of age. In addition, applicants forme secretarial course should be high school graduates, and those applying for the welding course should nave completed at least the 8th grade. A training allowance is avail able to persons who qualify for training and are "heads of fa milies or households." There still are openings in these programs.
