The firm was organ ised iust seve n months ago It is located on the tenth floor Miss Louise Bundy Jones Is the daughter of Mrs. Samuel Abner Jones and the late Mr. Jones of Warsaw. Her en gagement to Mr. James Winston Henderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Earl Henderson of Rose Hill, is announced by her mother. The wedding will take place October 27 in the First Baptist Church in Warsaw. of the Valley Fidelity Bank Bldg. The building , one of the most attractive in the South, was dedicated three years ago. It is a landmark of downtown Knoxville. A native of Warsaw, Joe Al len was graduated from Camp bell College at Buies Creek in July 1968 with a B.S. degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting. George Harris, a native of Henderson, became a partner in charge of the Knoxville of fice at the beginning of the year when the merger of Elliot D. , Adams and Associates with I A.M.
