Davis with a luncheon at the
home of Mrs. Price. Miss
Davis will be married to Mr.
Leon Brltt on December 29.
Also honored at the luncheon
was Miss Patricia Rouse who is
to be married on December
22 to Mr. Shelton Browder.
Upon arrival Miss Davis and
Miss Rouse were present
ed corsages of white carna
tions.
The Price home was attrac
tively decorated in autumn col
ors. Individual tables, set up
for dining, were centered with
flamboyant candles. Luncheon
was served buffet-style from
the dining table which was cen
tered with an arrangement of
yellow and white cryswithe
mums.
The luncheon menu consisted
?fJi'??berry Juke appetizer,
oaked ham, turkey casserole,
lima beans, fruit salad,
spiced apples, rolls and lemon
angel dessert.
The hostesses presented
Miss Davis and Miss Rouse
gifts of china in their chosen
pattern.

and funeral services were held
on Tuesday. December 3rd.
Surviving Mr. Vellano are his
wife, Mrs. Christine Veil aw,
two daughters. Mrs. Rose Hob
son of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Mad
eline Dixon of Rose Hill; five
sons, Louis Vellano, Mike Vel
lsno, Frank Vellano Jr., Dainy
Vellano, all of Pittsburgh and
Pat Vellano of Ambrlctee, Pa.;
twelve grandchildren and great
grandchildren. 8
Mrs. Dixon returned home
last week, after attending her
father's funeral In Pittsburgh.
