bridal bouquet was of white
daisy mums accented with yel
low butterfly roses.
Mrs. Kenneth Trivette of New
Orleans, La. was matron of
honor. She wore a full length

lashioned with scooped neck
line, long sleeves gathered onto
a band at the wrists and a
modified empire bodice. The
skirt fell in a soft A-line and
was accented at the waist-line

The bride, a graduate of Con
cord High School, where she
was President of the National
Society and Homecoming Queen,
and the University of North Car
olina at Greensboro, taught in
the Foreign Language Depart
ment of McMain Hipi School in
New Orleans, La. for twoyears
and was on the faculty of North
west Cabarrus High School for
two years. Two summers she
studied and traveled extensiv
ely in Europe . Presently she
is in the UNC-G Graduate Sc
hool, Department of Romance
Languages and is a member of
the language staff.
The bridegroom is also a
graduate of Concord High Sch
ool and Clemson University Sc
hool of Architecture, where he
