ced that the senior citf u of
Duplin County would be Invited
to participate in planning ses

tended as a means of gather
ing information from senior
citizens about their problems
and establishing some priority
among problems identified. The
findings from these sessions will
serve as the primary source
upon which a comprehensive

Mr. Raiford said that it was

be meaningful that the senior

Building, a two-room suite on
the Inside of the building over

This session, I have Just moved
into Room 236, a spacious three
room suite on street level,
near the building entrance and
facing the Capitol and the Li

But some things never change.
When the House gets down to
the serious business of enact

the nation and determine the
course of its future, every mem

face the burden of making vital
decisions. He must try to keep
citizens be ? part of its devel

sized the importance of such
planning by saying that there ;

to do. This type planning,
with the involvement of people
who will or are affected by ;
