Ferguson were Joined together in holy matrimony on Saturday afternoon March 10. 1973 at 12:00 Noon in a double ring ceremony The wedding tow place at Hayes Barton United Methodist Church in Ra leigh. N.C. The wedding was performed by the Rev. Ellis J. Bads worth. I The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Clifton L. Quinn of Raleigh, her grand parents are Mrs. Mina R. Ke nnedy and the late Mr. Kenn edy and Mr. and Mrs. Leon Quinn all of Beulavllle. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. David L. Ferguson of Burbsnk, Calif. Music was furnished by Mr. Leonard Smith-organist and Mr. Vance dodfeker-soloist. Given in marriage by her father the bride wore a lovely ivory gown of bridal satin and re-embroidered alencon lace The gown featured a panel of lace wfndir^g from the Victor ian neckline to the hem of the A-Jieeskirt. Theleg-o-murtoq sMteyes also fea|ytgda>Mcenl aoe and clusters of pearls. The detachable chapel train fell gra cefully from a satin bow at the empire waist. Appliques of lace and pearls adorned the train and skirt back. She wore a beautiful mantilla that fell softly from a satin camelot cap. Re-embroidered alencon lace bordered the mantilla The bride carried a cascade of ivory roees, stefenada and baby's breath Miss Jill Quinn. sister of the bride, was maid of honor. The other bridesmaids were Miss Deborah Crowell of Raleigh, Miss Susan Clarke of Eden. Mas Sara Frances Walters of Atlanta. Ga.. Mrs. Arthur Kn ight of San Lois OMspe, Calif., and Mrs. Frank Culhim of Gr eat Falls. Montana The attendants were attired in gowns of confetti organza. The gowns were fashioned with beruffled Vd necklines and ruf fled hems on the full skirts. They wore matching headpieces that framed their faces tocom piiment their sleeveless gowns. The attendants carried a cas cade of pink carnations and Mr. Alan Moore of Burbank, Calif, served as best man. Us hers were Clifton Lee Quinn. ??? Jr. of Raleigh, Tim Hunter of Warsaw. Steve Balcome of Ra leigh, Les Pearce of Raleigh, and Lt Richard Laws on of Ha vertown. Penis. Miss Ellen Everette was a mi nature bride in the ceremony. She wore a dress identical to the brides dress. John Leon Qilm served as the minature groom. The bride's mother chose for her daughter's wedding a pink crepe dress and matching waist length Jacket. She carried a white orchid on her purse. The groom's mother wore a light hiue lace dress. She carried a white orchid also. The new Mrs. Ferguson at? tended the UNC-Chapel Hill wh ere she was a member of Phi Mu Sorority. Her husband is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. N.Y. The reception was held at the North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh. The couple left for a wedding trip to Bermuda. They will make their borne in Schweinfurt, Germany, 1 Brttavilte New* - ? Banquet For Athlotic Teams On Friday night all members of the Beulavllle School football team, basketball teams and che erleads were honored with a fried chicken supper at the sc hool cafeteria.
