The program consisted of a work shop with each member making a spring arrangement for her home. Before coming to the Biblical Recorder 16 years ago he was editor of the Charity and Children of Thomasvllle, N.C. The circulation of the Biblical Recorder has increa sed under his leadership from 19.000 to 100.000.
