The Duplin County Aits Council established its fund drive two years ago to raise annual operating funds far the organization. The cam paign was headed by Irvin Graham of Wallace in 1977. This initial effort brought in over 15,000. Last year, Edriel Ausley of Warsaw served as county-wide chairman. Total contributions in 1978 were $7,850 The 1979 goal of $10,000 is expected to be readied by the middle of March. Arts councils state wide will campaign collec tively during ftbruary with television commercials, magazine ads and billboard posters. Radio spots will feature such native-bora personalities as David BrinkJev. Sonnv JUraensen.
