Fall Quarter Pra-Registration At JSTC Pre-registration at James Sprunt Technical College for fall quarter is scheduled for Sept. 1-2 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. 1 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 1 is for pre registering new students. Two-year applicants must have completed the place ment test prior to pre registering. A number of dates have been scheduled for the test and applicants may contact the College for information. In addition, a special time has been set for 10 a.m. on Sept. 1. Tuition and fees may be paid on Sept. 9 and may be paid by mail. A full-time student (12 or more hours) will be charged $47. Part time students will be charged $3.25 per quarter hour (less than 12 hours) plus an activity fee pro-rated as fol lows: 0-6 hours, $4; 7-11 hours. $6. Fish Fry Bring on the tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. Warsaw Rescue Squad is having a fish fry. On Saturday, Aug. 28 at the Rescue Building, Squad members will be pre paring 200 pounds of fresh fish for plates which will also include coleslaw and hush puppies. Plates will sell for S3 and drinks may be pur chased at an additional fee. Beginning at II a.m. and continuing until the fish is gone, the Squad will be selling fish as part of a fund raising attempt. Funds will be used for equipment, maintenance and supplies. A recently-acquired equipment truck and back-up ambulance are two financial responsi bilities which the Warsaw Rescue Squad attempts to support entirely by monies ? aised from community pro jects and fund drives.
