Patients in Lenoir Memorial included Bobby Raynor, Lon Record. Carol Avery is a patient in Onslow Memorial in Jacksonville. Lon Record returned to that hospital after surgery several weeks ago. Albert Carter was in the intensive care unit of Onslow Memorial. Carters Honored Mr. and Mrs. Albert A. Carter of Route 2 were honored on their 56th wed ding anniversary at the home of their daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Whitfield in Deep Run on Jan. 30th. The Carters were married on Feb. 2. 1927 at the home of the bride in Beulaville by the late Rev. Carlyle. The couple was presented a red rose boutonniere and red rose corsage. Guests enjoying the buffet dinner were: Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Carter. Mr. and Mrs. L.B. Carter and Karen, Mr. and Mrs. Anthonv San derson and Scott and Ray. all of Beulaville; granddaughter Bonnie Whaley. Carlton and Angie of Jacksonville, and Dr. Raymond Fox and Phillip, also of Jacksonville. Sandy Plain Senior Citizens The Sandv Plain Senior Citizens meeting is sche duled for Saturday. Feb. 23 at 6 p.m. at the educational building of the church. This will be the fourth anniversary of the group and is a non denominational group. Members bring a picnic lunch and are asked to invite a friend.
