Betty Jean Cottle of Goldsboro spent Friday with Mr. and Mrs. Norman Sandlin Sr. Visiting Mrs. Harold G. Lanier Thursday were her brother. Aunt, Hazel Brinson and Syble Lanier of Wrights ville Beach, as well as Bennie Thigpen and Vallie Oxley. Mrs. Archie Lanier visited - Harold Glenn Lanier, her son. in the ICU at Duplin General Thursday. Leon and York Lanier visited him on Thursday also. Allen Quinn and Owen Edwards visited Alpha Ed wards in Whaley's Rest Home Wednesday and were at the clinic in Chinquapin for Mr. Edwards checkup and the doctor had him admitted to Duplin General for additional treatment and tests. Michael Sandlin, a student at NCU-CH, was home Friday to spent the holidays with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sandlin and Jeanette Wil -liams. Linda Matthews, Sue Jar mon, Davis Kennedy and Grace Kennedy shopped in Jacksonville Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Ken nedy and some of their grandchildren shopped in Jacksonville Friday. Edward Earl Kennedy and Damon left Monday to drive to San Francisco in Califor nia. the home of Garland Ransom, brother of their stepmother, Mrs. Joel Ken nedy. !
