[DUPLIN COUNTY AGRIBUSINESS COUNCIL Post Office Box 84 Kenansville, North Carolina 29349 \ ' " . v , ' I ?> TO ALL PERSONS: About Ave years ago a group of citizens interested in the future of Duplin County came together and organiz ed an Agribusiness Council. The primary purpose of the Council was stated as follows: "To improve the three "C's" of Communication, Coordination, and Cooperation among those interested in and affected by agriculture." As the group discussed projects, the idea of a county fair emerged. Thus, for the past two years, hundreds of volunteers have joined together from all over Duplin County to help us showcase Duplin-its people and its products. The Duplin County Agribusiness Council has been extremely pleased with the success of the fair-its attendance, its great entertainment, and the fact that is excelled in the Council's goal to improve Com munication, Coordination, and Cooperation among those interested in and affected by agriculture. This is a tradition that we can be proud of. On behalf of the Agribusiness Council and the many volunteers, Duplin County welcomes you to the county fair for the week of October 1-6, 1984. This year's fair promis' "> be bigger and better than last year's. To everyone who becomes a part of the festivities during the fair wet. "e hope it is an enjoyable and enlightening experience. To those who have worked so hard and gave so much we say a big, big, "THANK YOU!"
