Warsaw Police arrested a man from Turkey after a shot was fired at ..nother man in the parking lot of the Family Dollar Store in Warsaw, according to Police Sgt. Gary Cook. Henry Lee Morrisey Jr., 20. of Turkey was charged with one count <f assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and taken to the Duplin County Jail under $5,000 bond, Cook said. At about 10:30 p.m. Friday, a 23-year-old man from Mount Olive lold Warsaw Police he was in the store parking lot when someone fired a pistol at him. Cook said. The man told officers he was with two friends when a car pulled up with two men inside, Co<* said. An argument began and the car's~pass*enger eventually stepped out and shot a pistol, Cook said. Then the pair drove off, he said.
