A cooking class will be held on January 29 at 11 a.m. at the Agricultural Building assembly room, Duplin Street, Kenansville. This is a unique opportunity to see Chef Ramirez at work and share some of his delicious recipes. Coffee will be served during the class session. Troy Dewitt Mullis has been named Volunteer of the Month of January by the Duplin County Services to the Aged. Reverend Mullis is a graduate of Davidson College in the class of 1937, and a graduate of Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, Va. He was ordained to the ministry August 4, 1940, by Fayetteville Presl vtery. He retired after serving 39 years in full-t!ine ministry. After retiring he and tir .vife, Mary, purchased a home iu Kenansville where they now reside. He continues to be active in the Lions Club, Duplin Ministerial Association, Yokefellow Prison Ministry, and the Duplin County AARP chapter. Rev.
