The Shindig format will be a handicap tournament, cocktail party, dinner and dance, with all the fun and fellowship you ever wanted. You'd better call 296-0919 now and sign up. *???? Pro l.B. Duffer had the pleasant pleasure of playing in the Shrine Club golf tourney held at Duplin this past Saturday, and it was moat enjoyable. You really missed a good tournament; maybe you can play next year. I had a good time swapping golf goodies with golfers from all around. Wallace's Skillet King Knott Teachey, playing out of Rockflsh Country Club, just makes fellowship and golf worthwhile. Kinds like another Wallace notable. Harry Carlton, club champ at Rock fish, says when he puts it this way, "You really haven't played golf until you have at least played one round with Knott Teachey." By the way, I had a possum playing in my four some. Melvin Ward, playing out of LCC, is a possum to some. That's what they call him, but I call him a dam good golfer and a fine young man. Wallace gift to Rockfisn, the helped get rid of that Chinese pitch-out that has plagued Knott Tgichey far years. Knott says Bob Toski helped some when he was in Florida. Have you noticed DCC's Hoi) Brumleve has won again. It's Sood to see such fellows as George lenry Best, Charlie Thomas, Bob Jones, Allen Smith, Elwood Revelle, Don Sutties, Woodrow Blackburn. Nathan Costin, J.P. Smith and Dougal McNeil playing in this type tournament. Rockfish Club President Doug Sit I ett was another standout from RCC playing in the Shrine tourney and we really appreciate his coming. Hopefully, the tourney will move to your club next year, Doug. ..... , * Be back next week with the * different angles or loft of the dubr ***** Fore. ? WELDING SHOP ? 1 mil* North of Konanovillo. The board asked for a written statement that he will leave the road in as good condition as he found it.
