Southern Railway via Asheville,
Knoxville and Harriman Junction as
the official route for his Veterans'
Special, consisting of first-class day
coaches and Pullmans to be handled
through from Raleigh to Louisville
without change. This special will
leave Raleigh 3.30 p. m., Monday,
June 12th, and the route is through
the grand and lofty mountain re
gions of Western North Carolina,
East Tennessee and the beautiful
blue grass section of Kentucky.

to Burgin and Southern Railway to
Louisville.
It is the intention of the manage
ment of the Southern Railway to

Convention will meet in Denver. Col.,
July 5-9, 1905. On account of this
occasion the Southern Railway will
sell round trin tickets from all point
on its lines at extremely low rates.
The above round trip. rate applies
from Raleigh and proportionately
low rates will be in effect from all
other points. Tickets will be on sale
June 29th to July 3rd, inclusive, with
final limit July 14th, except that an
extension of limit to August 8th can
be obtained by payment of a fee of
fifty cents. ;
Stop-overs will be granted at Col
orado points.

for divorce from the bonds of matri
mony because of the commission of
adultery with one Ally Heartsfield in
the city of Raleigh and elsewhere;
and that the complaint in said case
has been filed in the office of the
Clerk of Wake Superior Court and
copy thereof for you ; and you will
appear at said term of court and
answer, demur or plead to the said
to the complaint, and on failure so
to do, the plaintiff will apply to the
court to be allowed to prove the alle
gations of her complaint and have
judgment accordingly.
