The offer will only last two weeks. Raleigh to Have Patrol Wagon. The city has ordered a fine patrol wagon and it will be used to haul drunks and other things to the sta tion house. It will cost $375. The contract was let to John W. Evans Sons, of this city and that insures a good job. It will delivered in about two months. . This puts the finishing touch upon Raleigh as a city, except as to mod ern pavements. Christmas Goods at Woollcott's. Mr. Walter Woollcott is getting in a fine lot of Christmas goods every day and will be able to please all customers. He will have a fine lot of toys and goods for the, children. His store is a popular trading place. Fire at Fayetteville. A wholesale grocery firm, the Mar tin, McKeithan Company, was burn ed out at Fayetteville Sunday, Loss probaly, $5,000.
