Gamble The American Home Department of the Woman's club met May 12 at the Civic Center at 3:30 p.m. The meeting was opened by the chairman, Mrs. Mortpn Davis, aft er which the club hymn was sung and Collect read. Minutes of the last meeting were also read and the roll called. Mrs. D. Cordova thanked the club for helping the school lunch room. It was announced that the gen eral Meeting of the Woman's Club has been changed from June 2 to June 15 at 8 p. m. New officers will be installed at this time. A committee of Mrs. Fred Lewis, Mrs. 0. H. Jones and, Mrs. Theo dore Phillips was formed to work with Mrs. Robert McRackan to make plans for the installation meeting. Young People's' Department Holds Hamburger Fry Twenty-two members and guests of the Young People's department of the First Methodist Sunday School motored to Crab Point for a hamburger fry at the camp of David B. Webb on Friday evening at seven o'clock. Special guests of the class were Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Wade. Hamburgers were cooked in the open fireplace after which every one gathered around for song sing ing and general festivity.
