suspended on condition that she
remain on good behavior for six
months and pay a fine of $10 and
costs.
James Henderson was found not
guilty of breaking and entering,
doing property damage and assault.
Charles Richard Rockhold was
fined $50 and costs for careless
and reckless driving and speeding. .
Joseph Varion Popperwill was
fined $25 and costs for careless
and reckless driving and improper
use of a spotlight.
Elihue Kindred Green was fined
$25 and costs for driving with an
expired license. Boyd Windell Obx
was fined $25 and costs for driv
ing with an improper license. The
fine and half of the costs are to
be remitted if he presents a valid
license within two weeks.
Jerry P. Kramer was fined $10
and costs for speeding and passing
at an intersection. Joseph Vincent
Larkin was also fined $10 and costs
for speeding and passing at an in
tersection.
The warrant was withdrawn in
/he case of Harrison Horton
charged with being drunk and dis
orderly and assaulting his wife.
Frivolous prosecution was ruled
and the prosecuting witness was
taxed with court costs.
