Japanese Brides Protest
! Tossing Water Custom
Tokyo (AP) ? Modern day brides
: in Kyushu have asked the attor
ney general's office to do some
thing to halt the old southern Jap

ting down a bride would bring her
i luck.
The girls today say they have to
put out a lot of yen for a bridal
costume, and they don't think it ia
lucky to have it drenched. The
Human Rrights Protective bureau
of the attorney general's office is
searching the law hooka for a reg
