Trouble Laid to Parents
Cincinnati (AP) ? Misguided
parents are blamed by Traffic
Court Judge Frank M. Gusweiler
for many traffic violations by teen

weak-kneed parents permit them to
tear over our highways." he said.
"The old-fashioned father who told
his children what they could do
has been succeeded by yes men
bearing a distinct resemblance to
a mouse."
