Seadogs Average Lower in Tourneys The Beaufort Seadogs averaged 63.1 points per game in their eight post-season contests which included the Carteret County tournament, the District playoffs and the State Class A tourney. Their high scoring night in tournament play c me against the Moreheaid City Eagles for the Car teret County title when they tal lied 77 points and their low mark was 48 points against Bath in the District playoffs and against Bethel I in the finals of the State tourney. In the eight games Beaufort ?cored twice in the 70's, twice in the 60's. twice in the SO's and twice in the 40's. The team's average for the en tire season was 85 points per game.
