Miss Ihrie Demonstrates Cooking for Department Miss Virginia Ihrie, Carolina Power and Light Co. cooking dem onstrator, prepared a turkey din ner for the American Home De partment Monday night at the civic center. Thirty-live members were present. Miss Ihrie was introduced by Mr. Jack Oakley. The dinner, served buffet style, consisted of hors d'oeuvres, roast turkey, oyster dressing, cranberry delight, orange surprise, almond green beans, hot buttered rolls, and plum coconut island dessert.
