This loan is made for capital items and is set up to mature oyer a period of three years, it was an nounced by Wade H. Davis, secre tary-treasurer of the New Bern PCA. This loan is made separate from the regular operating loan and is a sepcrate loan within itself. It does not have to be renewed each year but is set up on the books for three years. Capital items include the purchase of farm equipment and machinery, permanent improve ments, ditching, clearing new ground and other items of a perm anent nature. Mr. Davis says, however, that to qualify for this type loan, a farm er's operation must be sufficient to pay his ordinary operating ex penses and to pay this loan alsa. The New Bern association serves Craven, Carteret and Pamlico Counties and is located at New and Hancock Streets, New Bern. The directors are C. Tull Richardson, M. F. Aldridge and J. E. Riggs of Craven County, J. B. Holton of Pamlico County and Lawrence A. Garner of Carteret County. He's Back! Parker Motors f* Happy to Announce The Rdtarn at Luther R. Lewis To th?
