FULCHER Mrs. Annie Simpson Fulcher, 71, died at her home at Ocracoke Wed nesday, Dec. S, after a long ill ness. Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 6, at the Ocracoke Methodist Church. Surviving are a (laughter, Mrs. Christopher Gaskill of Ocracoke, three brother* and three sisters of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. THOMAS B. HERMAN Thomas B. Herman, Wilson ar chitect, who was a member of the Dunes Club here, was killed when his car collided with a freight train In Farmville Wednesday night. Details of the accident were not confirmed, but it was understood he was returning from Greenville to Wilaon when the accident oc curred. Mr. Wilson, alone at the time, had been inspecting a build ing in Greenville. The architect, a native of Penn sylvania, is survived by a brother, A. C. Herman of Landsdalc, Pa., and a sister. Funeral arrangements were in complete at press time.
