Sheriff's Department
Checks on Two Thefts
The sheriff's department was
called to investigate two acts of
vandalism and theft Sunday night.
The air hose at the Gant servicQ
station in front of the Carolina
Rj?ce Track was cut and a small
piece taken out of it and at New
port the gas was siphoned out of
Wayne West's tractor.
Deputy Sheriff Marshall Ayscue
investigated. It is believed that
the two incidents may have been
carried out by the same party.
