County courthouse in Beaufort,

highest bidder for cash, to satisfy
said execution, all right, title and
interest which the defendants now
have or at any time, at or after
the docketing of the judgment in
said action had in and to the fol
lowing described real estate, lying
and being in White Oak Township,
Carteret County; North Carolina,
and more particularly described as
follows:

White Oak Township, on White Oak
Public Road, about 20 miles south
