The accident was at 9th and Aren dell streets. A 1959 Dodge station wagon was parked in a diagonal parking place. Parked beside it was a 1953 Chev rolct, driven by James E. Adams Jr. of Morehead City. As Adams backed out of the parking place he cut his wheels too sharply and struck the station wagon. Damage to each car was estimated at $25. Owner of the wagon is Frank Mo ran of Morehead City. ' No charges were filed. Legal Notices 11 a.m. on the 30th day of Novem ber 1960. Terms are net cash at close of sale.
