Arnold Knudsen, Bettie, charged with public drunkenness, failed to appear and forfeited bond. The other case involved a Stone wall, N. C., defendant, Roy Allen Batson. Batson was cMrged with speeding and careless and reckless driving. He was acquitted of the careless and reckless driving charge but for speeding was fined $10 and costs.
