Guests were Mrs. Calvin Johnson and Mrs. Tull Williams, both of Beaufort. Mrs. Lester Turnage won the prize for high score, sponge coast ers. Low score prize, a desk pad, was won by Mrs. Art Taylor. During play the hostess served cheese bits, candies and colas. At the conclusion she served apple pie with whipped cream topping and coffee. Adult Recreation Club Meets Wednesday Night Homemade ice cream and cake were enjoyed by members of the adult recreation club last week at the recreation building. Members of the refreshment committee who made the ice cream during the evening were Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Hall, Mr. George Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Don Couch, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Stewart and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Hickox. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Davis won a cha cha dance contest and were presented a trophy. The door prize, a towel set, was won by Mrs. Davis. It was announced that a dance prize and door prize will be awarded each week. Mrs. Mary Hughes announced that plans are being made for a Christmas party and Invited all adults to attend the weekly meet ings.
