the Beginning, containing two acres
more or less.
And all other persons other than
defendants, who have any interest in
the subject matter of this action,
namely for the foreclosure of the a-
bove described property for 19 27
taxes, will appear, present and de
fend their claims within six months
from the date of this notice, or be
forever barred from asserting any

corner, then with C. R. Whitson's
line down a ridge to the Branch, then
with said branch to the Beginning
corner, being 40 acres more or less.
This being their interest in the es
tate of James Whitson, Deceased.
