Wilson and wife Floud Wilson Under and by virtue of a judg ment in the above entitled action, appointing the undersigned as a com missioner to sell the property here inafter described to satisfy said judg ment for 1927 taxes, interest and costs, the undersigned will, on the 1st day of September, 1930, at 10:00 A. M., at the courthouse door in Burnsville, N‘. C. sell to the highest bidder for cash to satisfy said judg ment, together with all costs, the fol lowing described property: In Burnsville Township, Beginning 4 feet from Geirge Anglin’s line on a Maple and runs South 65 West 13 poles to a stake; thence South 15 East 33 4-5th poles to a stake; then North 52 East 14 poles to a stake: then North 17 West 30 4-5 poles-to the Beginning, containing two acres more or less. And all other persons other than defendants, who have any interest in the subject matter of this action, namely for the foreclosure of the a- bove described property for 19 27 taxes, will appear, present and de fend their claims within six months from the date of this notice, or be forever barred from asserting any claim or title to said property or pio ceeds received from the sale thereof.
