BALD CREEK NEWS, The trickling waters $f Bald Creek continued their 1 usual and natural course during the recent severe cold wave and snow fall which visited this section, bringing with it zero wea ther for Saturday night and Sunday morning of January 10 and 11. Postmaster Edwards has been notified; by the postoffice depart ment at Washington that he is to sell the Federal Tax Stickers fqr automo biles, which go'’ on sale January 27 throughout the United States. The amou nt of the Federal Tax is j $2.09. Mrs. W. H. Peterson, president of the Parent- Teacher association of the Bald Creek School, called off the January meeting’ jof the association on ac ; count of the severe cold weather. No meeting will be held this month, but the regular February meeting is scheduled for the second Wednesday night.
