ELIGIBILITY Every person residing within a county is eligible to contribute to that eounty’a total collection Persons and their families engaged in the business of buying and selling scrap iron, or collect* Ing If on a commission, are not eligible to compete as Individuals or Arms. They mav. however, help to Increase the county’, total by initiating scrap collection, the contest credit to go to , - the original owner. . All On ns, partnerships and corporations and their employes (living in the state) not engaged in the business of scrap haying or collection are eligible to collect scrap metal to be entered In - the name of the firm. The same material, however, may not be credited to both a firm and an individual. Every Individual living In the Btate and not engaged in the business of collecting scrap metal is eligible to compete for the individual prise. Every school or Btate Junior organisa tion (In units) such as 4-H Clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts or Camp Fire Girl*, etc., is eligible to compete for the junior prises. PROCEDURE The county salvage committee will within each county be In charge of the program. All scrap metal must be receipted at point of delivery. (Call your local salvage committee or representative for location of delivery point.) Credit In the contest will be ONLY upon the basis of such re coipts. iße sure to get a receipt In pounds.
