We are giving first official report of the Red Cross drive—and it is far short of our goal—ls you haven’t already given, do so at on ce. There are workers in every community, or your donation may be sent to Mrs. Huskins, Chairman, or Clarence Briggs, treasurer. In case you have already contributed but are now able to give more, it would be a fine thing to increase it. The Red Cross does so many big things—and so many little things that are so vitally important, and the greatest thing we can get from this drive is the deep personal satisfaction which we feel in taking part. Our county quota will not add greatly to the national quota of 200 mill ion dollars, but we can feel that -we have helped to send Christmas packages and garden seeds to some of our own boys (see page 2) or be "Santa” to a ship wrecked sailor, one of our own which we’re quoting again in? the Red Cross ad on this page.
