a Reno soldier who is a
Japanese prisoner.
In a letter to his parents
the soldier reports: “I have
been feeling pretty good
lately. Am still connected
with the surveying gang
and so keep fairly busy.
Have been reading lots of
fine books which certainly
help pass the time. The
books are from Red Cross
; which has provided us with
so much here that makes
life more livable.”
