Presbyterian News A fine crowd of 26 young j people attended the first meeting of the combined Christian Young People’s Group of the Upper Jacks Creek and Denlinger Mem orial churches last Sunday night. A short worship ser vice was led by Dorothy Hunter, Katrina Hunter/ and Miss Doris Hunter. Afterward outdoor and in-| door games and fun songs were enjoyed by all. The next meeting will be held Sunday evening, Sept. 15 at ! 6:30 in Lower Jacks Creek. Cecil Hunter will be in charge of the period for worship and discussion. It j is hoped that a similar group may soon be formed for the youth of Banks Creek and Higgins. A change has been made in the time of worship at Higgins. Next Sunday and on the Third Sunday of each month, preaching ser-J vices will be held at 3:00] o’clock. Public worship at Banks Creek will continue at 11 o’clock on Third Sun-J days. Next Sunday Rev.
