NOTICE OF SALE NORTH CARTLINA YANCEY COUNTY The Board of Education of Yaneey County, being of the opin ion that the White Oak Flats School, being located in Ramsey town Township, has become un necessary for public school pur poses, signed an order in regular session on the 7th day of April, 1947, directing the sale of said buildings and the lots upon which they are located: THEREFORE, by virtue of said order and the power invested in the Board of Education by the ■ laws of the state of North Caro lina, the said Board of Education of Yaneey County will offer for sale at public auction "TcTthe high est bidder for cash, at 11 o’clock a, m., on the 31st day of May, 1947, at the courthouse door in Burnsville, N.
