BILL ATKINS, Commissioner June 29, July 6, 13 20 NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA COUNTY OF YANCEY The Board of Education of Yancey County, being of the opin ion that the Big Creek School building located in Ramsey town Township and the Upper Shoal Creek School building located in Crabtree Township having become unnecessary for public school purposes, signed an order in re gular session on the 24th day of February, 1950, directing the sale of said buildings and the lots up on which they are located: THEREFORE by virtue of said order and the power invested in the Board of Education by the laws of the State of North Caro lina, the Board of Education of Yancey County will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, at 11 o’clock a. m. on the sth day of Augpist, 1950, at the Courthouse door in Burnsville, North Carolina, the following de scribed property with the build ings thereon.
