Jeff Bailey Branch running down
the River to a rock with a X
marked on it; then a Southerly
course up the hill a straight line
to a Hickory; then same course

planted rock known as the J. M.
Byrd and H. D. Edwards corner;
then an Eastwardly course with
J. M. Byrd's line to a Buckeye at
branch; then down and with the
branch to the BEGINNING, con
