RECIPE OF THE WEEK Peaches in Orange Sauce (Serves 6-8) 1 No. 2Ms can peach halves or slices y« cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch Dash of salt 'k cup orange juice 3 whole cloves 3 whole allspice -yy Drain peaches; reserve juice and measure % cup. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Stir in % cup peach juice and. orange juice. Add spices. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add peaches and simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Emmit L. Ran dolph, son of Mr. and Mrs. Zeb Randolph, Cane River, N. C., is serving with the 7th In fantry Division in Korea. The division occupies a strong bunker and pillbox de fense line on the mountainous east-central sector of the front. Tank-infantry patrols from the division move out daily to probe and raid Red defenses in the “Punchbowl” area. Randolph, a member of the Heavy Weapons Platoon, in Company C of the 31st Infan try Regiment, entered the Army in December 1950 and received basic training a t Fort Sill, Okla.
