THURSDAY, OCT. 7, 1965 WARREN WILSON COLLEGE HOMECOMING OCT. 16 The tenth annual home coming observance at Warren Wilson College, Swannanoa, North Carolina, will be held Saturday, October 16. The day’s activities begin with re gist-ation at 10 a. m. In Giadfelter Bui'ding, the stud ent union, while the final ev ent of the day is a dance and soc'al hour at 8:30 p. m. also in Giadfelter, sponsored by the undergraduates and to which the alumni are invited. At 11:30 a. m. a special al umni convocation has been arranged in the college chapel when Samuel S. Smith, Lake Junaluska, a member of the Class of 1955, will give the meditation. The annual business meet ing of the Alumni Association will follow a (luncheon for alumni, their families and guerts, which will be served at 12:30 in the college dining room. The Rev. N. THJB YANCEY RECORD Mclnturff Part Os Delta Dagger Team GOOSE BAY, Canada Staff Sergeant George S. Mc lnturff, son of Mrs. Ila P. Mclnturff of Bald Creek, N. C, will be part of the F-102 Delta Dagger team as top fighter pilots compete in Will iam Tell, the U. S. Air Force fighter weapons meet at Tyn dall AFB, Fla., Oct. 1-9. Sergeant Mclnturff is an aircraft electrical repairman at Goore, AB, Canada. His team is representing the Air Defense Command (ADC) in the biennial comoetltlon. The sergeant will return to Goose after the ADC-spon sored meet. Royal Nether lands Air Force radar con troller and a Royal Cana dian Air Force air and ground team give the 1965 event an international aspect. Sergeant Mclnturff is a graduate of Bald Creek High Scrool. His father, George L. Mc lnturff, resides in Burnsville, N. C. The sergeant’s wife, Loret ta, is the daughter of Mrs. Ida E.
