Girl Scout Leaders Hold Neighborhood /Hooting Thursday momirg, Sept. 8, a Neighborhood meeting of the G : rl Scouts was held In the home of Mrs. Paul Lau ghrun. One hlghl'ght of the meet ing was a discussion of Day Camp activities of this sum mer. Over 1200 gir’s atte-ded day camp this year comnared to 600 a year ago. Also on the agenda was cons deration of ACA Camp craft Course which wl l be held Saturday and Sunday, September 17 and 18. The course is designed to provide training in outdoor liv'ng skills. All interested adults are given the opportunity to qualify in camperaft. Empha s s will be placed on food and cookng, fire .tools, nature and conservation, trips, camp ing gear, and use of map and compass.
