under the direction of James
C. Richardson and Miss Lou
Brogden. Mr. Richardson Is
Minister of Music at the
church.

gram were Miss Donna Mar
lin and Mike Williams.
The program was brought
to a close with the congre

Holy Night ’ following a
cand’e lighting ceremony.
On Sunday evening, Decem

around December 22. He has
made p.ans to stai-t his prac
tice in Yancey and adjoining
counties of Mitchell and Madl-

Extension Chairman, talked
to Dr. Connley Tuesday by
phone. He said that Dr. Conn-
ley told him he had been in
formed by Dr. J. C. Cornwell,
former Vetennarian, that Dr,
Cornwell, who had been re
ported as returning to Bumi-
ville, had signed a contract
to remain in West Virginia,
and that it was definite now
that Dr. Conn’ey would move
here and take up his practice
the first of tHe year.

move into the former Meth
odist Parsonage on Academy
Street In Burnsville.
