dogwood in the field; thence an
East course to the outside line
of the first tract described in a
Deed from Frank Ballew and
wife, Rcsie Ballew, to Kelly
Ballew and wife, Mae Ballew,

Carolina until 11:00 A. M. June j
2, 1967 for unloading, hauling, J
and storing coal in the schopT
bins as d'rected by the Superin
tendent and subiect to the con
diticns stated below:
Bids will be accepted only on
proposal forms subm tted in tri
plicate. The right is reserved
to reject any or all bids, to ac
cept other than the lowest, eq
uipment be ; ng considered or to
award the contract to any bid
der or bidders for all or any
part of the delivery under this
invitation for bids. Quantities
scheduled are appmxmate and/
may vary with the fuel need, al
location of funds, and weights
of carloads.
The contractor will be respon-
S'ble for all demurrage. All of
the coal shall be stored inside
the bins and none left on the
ground outside the build’ng un
less written permission is given
by the Superintendent.
