NOTICE OF SALE UNDER DEED OF TRUST NORTH CAROLINA YANCEY COUNTY Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed of Trust executed by L. A. Spares and wife, Myrtle Sparks, June 23, 1962, to the undersigned as Trustee for The Northwestern Bank of Burnsville, N. SECOND TRACT: BEGINNING on a culvert at the edge of the State Highway and runs a Nrrth course with the Highway about 60 feet to the head of another culvert and on the East 'side of the high way; thence a straight line to the Northwest corner of the stcre building; thence with the line of the store building to the Srutbeast corner of the st-re building; thence a straight line to the BEGINNING. Norwood of the Census Regional Office in Charlotte. The survey will be taken in this area and in 448 other areas throughout the U. S. The special questions on tele vision will supplement the Bur eau’s monthly survey of em ployment and unemployment to provide monthly measures of the employment situation for the Deoartment of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics. The identity of the households participating in the survey will be kept confi dential by law and facts obtained win be u«ed only to obtain sta tistical totals. Sneec. received the award for driving militlry ve hicles over 5 000 miles with no accidents or traffic violations. Spec. Geouge, a heavy-vehicle driver in the company, entered the Army in January 1966 and was stationed at Ft. Campbell, Ky., before arriving overseas last October. He is a 1965 graduate of East Yancey High School in Burns ville, and was employed by Poor Bovs Market in Spruce Pine, before entering the Army.
