Deyton and Carl Renfro and others: Beginning on a rock marked “X” Jennie Deyton’s comer at the creek; thence near an east course up and with the creek 6 poles to a walnut tree, near a spring; thence a north course to a small white oak on tep of a ridge; thence near east 3 poles to a pcplar, Carl Renfro’s corner on a ridge; thence north 25 degrees east 18 poles to a chestnut, Carl Renfro’s comer; thence north 30 degrees west 12 poles to a stake on top of the ridge; thence north 52 degrees west 18 poles to a stake on top of the ridge, Jennie Deyton’s comer; thence a southerly course with Jennie Deyton’s line to the beginning comer, containing 5 acres, more or less. Excepting, however, that cer tain Vz acre tract previously sold to C’vde B. Deyton.
