Program is to train and educate, young men and women and bring them to the level of be ng employable. The Neighborhood Youth Corps Program is somewhat different this year. There are no paid supervisors; there are no sanitation and reforestation crews. Enrollees are placed with agencies such as Forest Service, hospitals, nursing homes. Court house, Day Care Center Schools, garages, offices, etc. There wJI be four counselors in the four county area. Enrollees will agan attend Adult Basic Education Classes for four hours each week. What happened to some of the enrollees last year? When the opportunity arose, many left the program for— fulU me jobs. S. as required by law made a bi-annual survey of the producer dair es selling milk to Pet Dairy Co., Waynesville, N. C., during the month of Dec ember 1967.
