The Laws pertaining to auto meb le 1 ability insurance should be revised in keeping with inter ests of the autcm~b le owners as well as the insurance indus try. The legislative procedures should be revised, eliminating the secret sess ens of the ap propriations sub - committee, where only a “hand-p eked few” determine where approximately *2.7 b llion dollars will be spent for the next two years, as was practiced ; n the 1967 session of the General Assembly. Mere concern and attention should be given for the construc tion and maintenance of second ary roads n mountain areas. of the mountain counties are virtually n the same condi ton road wise as they were sev eral years ago.
