Q. One of my neighbors tells

a social security application I
should “dial and file.” He says
it’s a fast new service for fil

explain it in plain English and
tell hew it will help me.
A. He’s right. “DIAL ’N

Asheville Social Security Office.
It saves applicants trouble,
time and money, and speeds up
the r fi Bt benefit checks.
It’s a simple, easy, conven
ient, time-saving service you
cr anyone can use to file for
Re'irement and Dependent’s,
Death or Survivors’ benefits
or for Medicare coverage at
ago 65.
When you’re ready to file a
claim you simply call the Ashe
ville DIAL ’N FILE number

When you telephone, the soc
ial security spec alist will ask
you a few ques’ions, will tell
you what records or proofs to
furnish 'and, if necessary, how
and where to get them), and
what other actions are needed
to complete your clam so it
can be sent promptly to the
I‘ayment Center.
DIAL ’N FILE 3 months

(2) You’re 62 if retired
not having high earnings
<3) You’re 65 even though
not retired to file forr

Title: THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH
"Howbeit when He. the Spirit
of truth, is come, He will guide
you into all truth” (John 16:13(
How blessed to know that the
Author of the blessed Book
which has changed so many
hearts and lives and homes, is
"the Spirit of truth.”
The Spirit did not, of course,
reveal all truth at one time.
"Hie law was given by Moses”'
later the prophesies were pen
ned by men of God as they
were "moved by the Holy Spir
it” and still later our Lord ut
tered truth "kept secret ■ityf
the world began."
But even our blessed Lord,
while on earth, d : d not lead
His followers into all the truth
which God would have His peo
ple know. “I have yet many
things to say unto you.” He
sa d, “but ye cannot bear them
now. Howbeit, when He. the
Spirit of tin'll, is come. He
will guide you into all truth"
(John 16:12, 13).

But when the Spirit came at
Pen eccst, did He immediately
lead the disciples into all
truth? Not yet. They still pro
cla med the prophetic program,
the message which our Lord
had taught them and commit
ted to them (Luke 24:45. Acts
1:2, 3).
It was not until some time
l®ter that the glorified Lord
revealed “God’s purpose and
grace” to and through the
Apostle Pau,l and the Spirit in
turn caused others to under
stand it (Gal. 2:2, 7,9, Eph.
3:5).
The giorious message reveal
ed to Paul is the capstone of
divine revelation, thus he says
that it was given to him to
"fulfill (complete) the Wonl
of God” (Col. 1:24).
St- Paul wrote more book*
of the Bible than any other
writer and in them we have
the fulness of divine truth as
God would have us know and
understand it.
